What does giving mean? Well, let’s start with what the Bible says:

Leviticus 27:30-32, “A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord. Whoever would redeem any of their tithe must add a fifth of the value to it. Every tithe of the herd and flock—every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd’s rod—will be holy to the Lord.”

Now obviously we don’t have pigs to sacrifice but the Lord asks for 10%.

What’s the value in tithing?

At Bethel, every dollar is a blessing. By tithing or giving offerings, you are supporting the ministries and outreaches of Bethel. Our vision is to reach the local community as well as the world with the Gospel. Your giving will provide the means by which to fulfill the mission.
